Welcome to the loser's bench.  I will make one little comment on MMPC though.  If someone had surgery through them and doesn't know what comes next, they have not read a word of the workbook that was given to them and that is their fault, not MMPC's.  They are very thorough on telling you what is going to happen and what you can and cannot do.  I'm glad you are happy with Dr. Scholten's office.  I have a couple people in my support group that really liked him.
