OT: I'm a Grandma!

Again! My daughter Ashley gave birth this morning at 1:02am California time to my 2nd grandchild. It is another boy and his name is John William and he weighed in at 8 pounds 13 ounces and is 20 1/2 inches long! Talk about a bouncing baby boy! Ashley had some bad response to the epidural so she is being kept in the hospital for a couple more days but seems to be well on her way to being fine. And the baby is doing quite well too! Just had to share my joy with everyone! Tracy

Congratulations! It will be fun to be a grandma someday. My daughter is only 16 and my son is 12 so I hope not for at least 8 more years. Glad the baby is doing well. Lynn

Great News! Being a grandmother is the best, I'm expecting my second grandson on Sept. 8th and am so glad to have the surgery over in plenty of time to enjoy him!!

Congratulations!

It is so exciting to have babies born into the family, and I just know that Grandkids are more fun then our own. :D You guys can hype them up and send them home.

I hope Ashley recovers from her reaction to the epidural, and everything goes well at home. :D
