HEY LOOK AT THIS!!!
I post today due to the fact I'm out of town June 20th..........
HAPPY ONE YEAR SURGIVERSARY DEBBIE MIERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
One year ago. Oh I remember sitting at CMCH with Mike while you were in surgery. And I remember saying to you "Debbie, it will MELT off you"...............and now, one year later --- LOOK AT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I am SO very proud of you and so proud of how much you have accomplished!!!! 
We've been with the same surgeon, same hospital (I won't mention which!!!), amazing results, amazing support, and more than anything, I look at how it's changed us both!!! 
I hope that those *****ad this will post their CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU on your achievement of weight loss and life time change!!!!! I know you are still on the journey and the days ahead will be filled with many new exciting things....always remember I am here for you!!!!!!
