Don't forget to mark your calendars

July 22nd (Sunday) from 1:00 until whenever.  The Big Rapids Weight Loss Support Group is having a picnic at Hemlock Park in Big Rapids.  We have a large playscape as well as biking/walking trails, fishing platforms, tennis courts and lots of green space. We'll be cooking chicken on the grill so if you could bring a dish to pass, it would help. We'll supply the plates and silverware and hopefully the water (if Ice Mountain cooperates).   Please give me a heads up on here or by message to let me know if you might be coming so we can get a count on how much chicken to buy.  If you'd rather have 96% fat free burgers, let me know because we can do that too.
