The best way for me to eat chicken is when its torn and in soup, like curry, or, when i marinate it and put it on the rotisserie. Other than that, no way, it just tastes too greasy. Now seafood kills me. I used to love it, but when i eat it now its like as soon as it goes down and i get the fishy smell, i gag and up it comes. I usta handle tuna good, but not that does the same thing. Who knows why? Linda

Pardon me, but I'm very new to this message board thing. Anyway, I can relate to the problems you're having. In fact, I just posted a message because I always get a stomach ache after I eat any kind of meat. Did you talk with your surgeon about this? I would hope that he or she could give you some insight into this. I would hope that they can help you through this. I'm also wondering whether a nutritionist would be helpful.
