hematoma on my spleen

I just found out I have a 3 inch hematoma on my spleen from my wls surgery which was 3 weeks ago.  I have been in a huge amount of pain since the surgery and everyone kept telling me it was normal. Finally went to the ER and after CT scan they found it plus 20 cc of bloody junk was extracted from my stomach has. has anyone had this problem????I have a great deal of pain and I am not allowed to do anything now.

I don't have an answer for you.  I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that you had this happen to you.  I'm glad you went to the ER and they found it and I hope you will recover quickly and easily.   Kathy
