11 weeks and down 48 !!Updated Pics
Well I have updated my photos.. and I cannot believe that I am down 48 pounds already!! soon soon it will be 50....only 11 weeks..... I can only imagine what the rest of the summer is going to bring me!! I say Bring it on!! I am doing well I think. I have a protein shake for breakie every morning with all my vitamins and stuff, then I go work out for about 1-1.5 hrs some cardio and weight train 3 times a week along with Boxing!! I eat after I work out so thats about 2-3 hours after breakie and at that point I have protein either an egg or tuna or salmon and I can have these bagel chips a couple and I am good with them, then 2-3 hours later I have lunch also protein usually left over from dinner the night before and then in the afternoon I have a jello or pudding or popsicle all SF of course and sometimes I even have some raw veggies and a bit of dip. Then I have dinner which is always protein and veggies, and then a light snack in the evening before bed.... I go out to restaurants and out to the bar with the girls dancing, I have had some alcohol... and I was ok. I did not over do it as there is no point but you do get pretty drunk after 1 drink or truth I cannot even finish 1 drink as by that time of night I am so watered out with all the liquids I get in all day that I just rather have fun dancing.... I added B-12 to my vitamins as I was feeling tired throughout the day and now I am fine. so my life is always busy though so no time to rest.
I have to say this is the best thing I have ever done for ME and I wish I had done it sooner. Good luck to all of you out there.... I know a bit of a rant but I am lovin it!!!
Officially I am out of Plus sizes and into size 16( a bit loose on me now) and size Large tops from Tommy hilfiger.....
I have to say though thank goodness for walmart so cheap.....
