Not feeling good.what can I do?
Hi Ann,
It was nice seeing you at MMPC. I wished I could have stayed longer but we had alot
going on that day. My husband was going out of town and was using my van so I needed to
get back to Traverse City so we could switch vehicles.
I really enjoyed the class. I am definitely looking forward to my next meeting.
I wished I could come to your picnic but that is the same weekend as my family reunion
in Alpena.
Talk to you soon. I want to keep in touch with our leaders to get ideas.

Hey Crystal,
I had this on and off the first few months; remember your are still healing and your body is still adapting! Take it easy; go to full liquids until your stomach calms itself.. Then begin again very slowly; but keep up with your protein drinks, and liquids or you may end up feeling worse. Hope you feel better real soon; but if it continues call your DR. Keep us posted..
