You might have a virus.  I personally stayed away from food when I felt like that for a few hours and tried some sf jello after.  Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

Crystal, you might try some children's Pepto Bismol (I know, yuck!) but it might make that tender tummy feel better.  Some warm/hot tea (peppermint) might also soothe it.  I hope you feel better.

Hi Ann, It was nice seeing you at MMPC. I wished I could have stayed longer but we had alot going on that day. My husband was going out of town and was using my van so I needed to get back to Traverse City so we could switch vehicles. I really enjoyed the class. I am definitely looking forward to my next meeting. I wished I could come to your picnic but that is the same weekend as my family reunion  in Alpena. Talk to you soon. I want to keep in touch with our leaders to get ideas.  Thanks, Lynn

Hey Crystal,     I had this on and off the first few months; remember your are still healing and your body is still adapting! Take it easy; go to full liquids until your stomach calms itself.. Then begin again very slowly; but keep up with your protein drinks, and liquids or you may end up feeling worse. Hope you feel better real soon; but if it continues call your DR. Keep us posted.. Sending you well wishes, Judy R
