Just Got A Date

Hello All, I just got a call from Dr. Kevin Krause's office.  My date is 7/6/07.  Yikes.  Wm Beaumont Hospital here I come.  I'm new to the forum, but I've been lurking for about a month.  I look to you guys for your help, your awesome.

congrats on your upcoming surgery.i dont know how beaumont is on there weight loss surgery but my hubby was a heart patient there last year and if it wasnt for  the heart staff and doctors there my husband might not be here today. the heart doctors here are okay but at beamont they are excellent. so i think you are making a good choice with beaumont. good luck.

Good Morning Sheryl, The Beaumont staff has been great.  I was aggressive in making my appointments.  I did a group of them to get them over with and get the ball rolling.  I started with the Weight Loss center on April 28th.  Did all my appointments, then had an appointment with Dr. Krause in June.  It took his office around 4 weeks to get my files to the insurance company.  Insurance approved it, within 3 days.  And I'm looking at July 6th.  Good Luck.  Feel free to contact me about any questions.

Congrats on your date.  Tell me, how long did the process take?  I went to my Beaumont seminar a couple weeks ago and I see a Dr at Beaumont July 12th.  I, too, am going to have Dr Krause do my RNY.
