I'm worried

It has been a little over 2 weeks and I have not heard a thing...They did say it could take 90-120 days to get approval. When I went before they had approval in 4 days, I quess I was thinking the same thing would happen this time, we do have different insurance now. I will just have to be patient.

You also have a right to call your insurance company and check as often as you would like. I was able to find out before Barix did. Get involved in the process, and take charge. Good luck
