I used them right after surgery because my mouth was so gross...I loved them also I used the sugar free life savers....I think they were the sorbets.....I found all these at Krogers in the diabetic food section...

I also have used them since surgery.  It is the one thing that gets me through the 30 minutes of not drinking after a meal.  I also use Sweet & Low sugar free candies and Baskin Robbins Sugar free.  Our local dollar store has a great selection of sugar free candies.

the sugar free candies are usually good, you just have to watch that you dont eat too many of them, the artificial sugars can upset some people, and they are not calorie free. I have severa kinds that i use occasionally. teri

Sugar free lifesavers are great on sale this week at Kroger! I use them but too much sugar alchol can give you gas, and even sometimes cramping or diareaha. LOL! Russel stovers also has a lot of good sugar free different kinds of chocolates. Hugs, Judy R
