I'm shocked!

I am a week out from my surgery today and have lost about 20 lbs!  But tonight after I had finished my yummy (sarcastic) chicken broth I had an episode of dumping. I called to office because I had no idea what was going on. I havent cheated (I dont even know if you can at only a week out) and was worried something went drastically wrong from the surgery.  Anyway, I talked to the PA at the office around 6:30 and at 9:15 he came to my house to check my color and to give me a pill crusher. Can you believe it???? What an awesome guy!  I really enjoy the service from MMPC. I'm sure this is not a normal occurence and he said he lived near me but still to go out of his way WOW!  I am so pleased with the treatment there! B

B, thats just incredible. And , congrats to you and a speedy recovery to you also! wow! 20 lbs already!!!! yeay for you! and the PA coming to your home, now thats the way it autta be done IMHO!!  its just a great thing really. they are the experts, and if they saw something, they could immediately tell you what to do next to get checked, etc. I hope I get the same great treatment from Muskegon~! wonderful, health and healing to you!  Ann.

Ok, now I'm jealous!  Which PA came to your house?  Was it Todd, Matt or Randy?  They are all awesome!!  Congratulations on losing 20 pounds already!!!  That is amazing! As far as the dumping goes, maybe you drank it too quickly?  Hopefully it won't happen again.  Have a great weekend!! Jenn

That's one reason I really love MMPC.  They really do go out of their way to make sure you're ok.  When I had a small problem one week out, they waited at Blodgett ER for me to make the hour drive down.  They wouldn't let the regular nurses take care of me, the PA and the nurse from MMPC handled everything. 

Wow, that is awesome. I think he is the same one I called at 4 am soon after surgery because

my sugar level was very low. You feel so bad about waking someone up, but I was scared.

MMPC is the greatest.

Wow , that is awesome that he came to your house! They are all very nice there, And I must say Randy is hot! too bad hes taken lol! (the exercise guy!)  I hope you are feeling better! That is crazy to dump after chicken broth!  Jamie
