Whyis it that I am not losing pounds, but I am losing inches. I mean I am going down in sizes clotheswise, but I am not losing any pounds according to the scale.  How can someone weigh 180 pounds and be wearing 10's and 12's.  Not that I am complaining...just don';t understand and it is not good for my ego and self confidence to still weigh 180 and have a high BMI Thanks Tracey

Tracey, Are you doing any kind of exercise that would make you gain muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat, so I would think that this is what is happening. Kathy

Hi Tracey,        I can relate! I have lost a lot of inches but the pounds have been slow! Kathy is right muscule weigh more than fat; but the truth is that doesn't help our ego much at all I agree. I know it is a pain; but I guess we must celebrate every victory! We will get where we want to go eventually! Sometimes I swear the more I exercise the harder and more stubborn that scale gets. Of course a year ago I could not say the word exercise let alone do it! LOL! Keep up the great work; and look at just how far you have came.. Hugs, Judy R
