I have not found it either.  There is a new specialty market in Freeland called Olive's.  I thought about trying there, but haven't got over there yet. Best of luck. Pam

I am not a yogurt eater....not really...don't like the sour taste. Anyway...Fage is a greek yogurt and it is supposed to not have the sour taste to it...and for a 7oz serving it has 130 cal and a whopping 17 grams of protein!!!! I have heard elsewhere that it is pricey, but if it packs in that much'' protein, it would be worth it, as I have about had it with protein shakes!! :) If I find it around here, I'll repost.

The Meijers by me carries it, as does Holiday Market (a Spartan store) not exactly sure where you're at... And yes, it is a bit pricey, but I hadn't realized that much protein in it.  I can't eat yogurt myself because of the sour taste, so I made up my own concoction.  1/4 cup low fat ricotta cheese 1-2 TBSP splenda Mix well, add 1-2 TBSP sugar free jam (strawberry, blackberry raspberry, etc) so yummy...so if you can't find the fage, maybe you could try that.  Not as much protein, but I suppose you could add a scoop of powder to it??

as far as i know it's just pre-strained. i used to use it to make raitta but it's so expensive i just started straining my own yogurt.

but i have seen the Fage at Trader Joe's and at Produce Palace.

and i've found that it's only low fat yogurts that have that sour taste. if you get any whole milk yogurt you should find there's no sour taste. It's more fattening though! (and less carbs so it's a toss up.

I like the Brown Cow yogurt best. mmmmmm.

OK... Just an FYI...the fage yogurt (BTW it's pronounced fay-uh. I didn't know this and trust me, if you go into a store that actually carries it and ask for *** E yogurt, they will look at you like you are a space alien!) Grains and greens and discount health food in bay city carry it, and Meijer in Midland carries it.
