Thanks Shannon!! I had a bowel obstruction and hernia. I couldn't eat or drink anything for over a week. The Windsor hospital kept me drugged for a week after the 3rd trip to the ER they finally admitted me. This has been the longest 2 1/2 weeks of my life!!! Finally I came to Barix and they took care of me immediately!! Amazing! Hey, you going to KP's on Friday? Carey

Yikes- glad you are OK now- why didnt you go to Barix first off?? Shoot you work there??  LOL  I may be there Friday! S-

Good question!  I wish I had.  Well as you know, I live in Canada.  I was there when I was having these "attacks".  Really thought I could have it taken care of there.  I had the chief surgeon trying to take care of me.  Boy, was I wrong.  Dr. Poplawski was my hero.  What a great doctor!!!   Well, I hope you can make it on Friday!

I thought so....I'm sorry.  I swear this whole ordeal has been such a blur.  Trust me, you are not the only one I don't remember talking to.  That dilaudid (sp?) sure did take the pain away - and my memory!!!  You still are the BEST!  Thank you again for all of your concern.  You called it from the get go - you need to write a book KP.  Something to think about.....  I told you before - you are like the WLS Guru.   See you Friday! Nice to be back Nicki!  Just trying to get caught up here at work.  Very difficult - too much to get caught up on. You need to de-lurk yourself.  It's a great board - a lot of wonderful people.
