Hey Crystal I am so proud of you!! we have both come along way form walking the Barix halls together!!! I have been taking B-12 for 2 months now... I started to take it when my energy levels were low.. so its no biggie!!! Sorry to hear bout you running out of gas..... Have a great nite Hugs
