I'm a curious person by nature.  So I googled it.  Sometimes I think my curiousity makes my tummy hurt.  This is sort of scary. Ingredients: Mechanically Separated Chicken, Beef Tripe, Partially Defatted Cooked Beef Fatty Tissue, Beef Hearts, Water, Partially Defatted Cooked Pork Fatty Tissue, Salt. Less than 2 percent: Mustard, Natural Flavorings, Dried Garlic, Dextrose, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite  This website explains what "mechanically separated chicken" is.   http://www.pk.org/pottedmeat.html And what is beed tripe, you might ask...  Here's your answer: http://www.soupsong.com/ftripe.html I think I'll keep my distance.. LOL!  Pam

Was very informational.  But still choosing the lap band.  I think that is the one for me.  I was really expecting Dr K to be pushing the rny but he was not.  He was very open to all.  He said he has the reputation of being against the lap band, but he says that is not the case.  I hope to get a call in a few days, and I still do not know what Dr I am gong to choose.  I am leaning towards Dr Baker.  BUt still undecided.   Thanks for asking how it went.  I think i am now on a roll with this.  I just hope I get a call soon to set up an appointment. Thanksagain. Jodi :O)

A working man's Pate'.  It's good on crackers but I think it's high in sodium.
