Well was rushed to the hospital and have been here 5 days

I had Intussusception which is almost always seen in children. The doctor had to remove a large piece of my intestines that was dead. The doctor said that I was dying and if I had waited any longer to be seen I would be dead (which makes me wonder why they made wait so long in the waiting room). Even after surgery they weren't sure if I was going to make it. The Dr. said he had to redo my stomach surgery because there was something was wrong there too. He said he just had to cut off a small amount. He said that if anything I may lose more weight because I have less of my intestines now. Now don’t get me wrong if it meant death or being fat I take being fat again but I just hope it doesn’t happen again. Two days before I was rushed in here I was at goal and I have gained like 25 pounds and it has to be water weight because all I was able to eat was ice chips before they weighed me. Now I am on Full Liquids but I am so afraid to eat because of everything that’s happened. Anyway I know a lot of crazy thing have been happening to me (my family) lately and I appreciate all your support. This is my 5th day in the hospital and I am not sure when I will be out but I have my laptop so I will give updates when I can. I am up and around feeling tons better but they want to watch me carefully to make sure I am tolerating each stage of food with no problems.
