2 to 3 month post -op
I am 1 months out and just started solid foods. My general day is as follows
Breakfast - protien bar or shake Morning snack - fresh fruit 1/4 c and string cheese Lunch - 1/2 c soup or turkey and cheese Afternoon Snack - 1 oz chedder cheese & 2-3 whole wheat crackers Pre supper - Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Smoothie Supper - Generally 1-2 oz fish or shrimp or turkey and either vegetable or fruit Evening snack - sugar free fudgesicle I also do protien slam from GNC if I need the extra protien. I always make sure that I hit my protien goal and get my water in. I am down 40 pounds. I do not do alot of sugar free things because they do not agree with me at all. Chicken does not agree with me very well, unless I make a pureed chicken salad. Bread is my enemy sits like a led brick. Hope this hellps Pam
