over 100 lbs

Hi all I don't post very often but here goes my surgery was 1/29/07 and as of to day I have lost a total of 120 lbs and do feel good. I will be walking in the the Sept 15th  "Walk from Ocesity" Walk in Sterling Heights this is some thing that I would have never done in the past but going from 410lbs down to 290lbs I feel like a changed person.

That is awsome !! to lose over 100 pounds in less than 6 months !!! am so happy for you . I have lost almost 50 and I feel so much better  now . hugs Sherry
