My BIG WoW Moment!

Well, I went shopping the other day... and even though the scale has been stalled for about a month now, I am not discouraged.  I have been working out for a little over a week and can feel the difference in how I feel and act.... Sooooo... I was excited when I got into a size 12 and could not believe it... So I saw this little skooter thing hanging on the clearance rack and thought I would buy it even though it was too small... I would save it for after my TT.  I had an armful of clothes and took them all into the fitting room... after I got done I figured what the heck and tried on the skooter... IT FIT!!!!  It was a SIZE 8!!!!!  I could not believe it.. I have NEVER been a size 8!!!  I had to go out and pick out some jeans just to confirm that this thing wasn't sized wrong... and they all fit!!!!  I am officially a size 8!!!!! I am so excited  I cannot even begin to convey how much this means to me.... I am now at my goal size and beyond... Not at my goal weight, but I am happy where I am now since I am in single digits for my size.  I would have never imagined ever being a size 8... Thanks for sharing in my joy!!!! HUGS to ALL

Thanks so much!!!  I think I did flip out.. I was running around the house in my new jeans yelling " I'm in a size 8!!!!  I'm in a size 8!!!"  it was pretty funny to watch me running and dancing around the house... my hubby probably thought I had lost it.... LOL You will get there.. just stay focused and stay strong, even when the times get tough and you hit those plateaus... you will get through and be making this same post one day soon... Awwww.....our little Shawn is all grown... Oh wait, she's SMALLER!!!! I remember when you were a *****y little pre-op, and now you're wearing a way smaller size than me!  Way to go! Keep it up, and keep up the bargin hunting!

Thanks so much!  It just doesn't seem like that long ago that I was a pre-op either, and now here I am.  It is such a wonderful feeling.  This surgery sure did change my life in a way I never thought possible.
