What A Difference A Year Makes

What an awesome looking couple....and so neat that you did this together....I have't read your profile....but did your husband have the surgery also or just weight loss on his own? I would think it would be kewl to have someone else side by side doing the same thing....support reasons and all. Its hard at my house....(but I do it ) my hubby and son can eat pretty much anything they want...and I work in a kitchen at the hospital..so am around food all day!!!  Anyway you really look great, you should  be so proud.  I would love to take my husband on the Detroit Princess....we were supposed to go this year but too much was going on....and now he is recuperating from surgery...so no activity for awhile. We should really see about getting an outing......think we would have a blast. Where did you get the boat at? Isn't it downtown?

My husband did have surgery, two months after I did.  He started dieting when I had surgery, so we stayed about the same amount of weight lost. It really has been so much easier to have someone in the house who knows exactly what WLS is all about.  You should take your husband on the Princess when he's better.  It' so much fun!

well duh...I need to read....this one isn't the same as the Detroit Princess?  NEver heard of the Michigan Princess...

Deborah, The Michigan Princess is docked in Lansing.  The Detroit Princess is obviously in Detroit (lol) but owned by the same captain.
