OMG I made it to Onederland!!!

Woohoo....my plateau is gone!! I hope...LOL I kinda went back to basics and in 5 days lost about 5 pounds.....I am so excited....gets my mindset back on track. I am more than halfway to my goal...and have lost half my excess weight! We had a big party yesterday for my husbands retirement....and, everyone who hasn't seen me for awhile, was so complimentary and saying how good I look, and of course congratulated me for doing this. I have not been this weight in almost 30 yrs!!! And I did so good this week, with the stress of having this big party at my house....and ALL THAT YUMMY FOOD....I behaved!!! *pats self on back* ....lol What a great feeling.
