SUZANNE UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from Suzanne’s DH just moments ago. 

 

Suzanne is out of surgery and doing great but at this time- she is still in her room and family has NOT seen her….. according to her DH and Surgeon, Dr. Hendricks MD.

 

She was in surgery until 328 pm and did good

 

Dr. Hendricks removed  4 and a half  pounds of excess skin!  Yippee!!!

 

Her room number at Henry Ford Hospital/Wyandotte is unknown….

DH said NO calls yet and please no visitors yet.

 

ALSO- SHE WILL BE GOING HOME TOMORROW MID DAY!!!!

 

Please leave messages of support here for now- you can send ecards but we are NOT sure they will get to her until tomorrow morning.

Thanks for all of your support and well wishes…. This has been a day in history for Suzanne and I know how important your well wishes and support have meant to her!!!

Just talked to Suzanne's DH again and he said that she is resting and I tried to call her direct line at the hospital but it indicates the patient would like to "not be disturbed at this time to call back tomorrow". Her room number at Henry Ford Wyandotte is 482 and if you want her direct room number please send me a message. Thanks Stacey W

Just got back from seeing Mrs. America....aka Suzanne!  She was awake and looked great. Her tummy is flat as a pancake and she was as comfortable as can be expected. She will be home tomorrow. Thanks for updating earlier Stacey!
