Coffee

I am SO lucky to have them close enough to drive.  They are 13, 8, and 3.  Problem is, they have done everything in BC.  I think we might travel to Kzoo and hang out.   PS-I'm on day 5 of the pouch thingie.....and haven't hurt anyone yet!  It has actually worked....I feel full with a smaller amount of food than I did before.  Do you think we're going to miss all that snow??

I hope the snow misses us but its so pretty but driving in it scares me to death.....have a great weekend Brenda! S-

Good Morning from the UP,I'm having my 1st cup of coffee and watching Sponge Bob.I need it to keep warm! It's 12 below ,tonight it's soppose to get down to 18 below.Everyone have a great day and don"t forget to move your clocks ahead tomorrow night.

Oh Ya been up , How cold does it have to get to get you to move to the sun shine state? I told my wife if it SNOWS in July that we are selling our home and moving. I'm ready for spring I bet you are too.

Good Morning to you All, I partaking in a nice smoothe hot cup of s/f vanilla latte w/ skim milk at 130 degrees.  I am at my fav coffee shop, surfing the net.  Quiet time for me.  It feels so good to just sit.  Going to work at noon, dr's appt this morning.  let the chaos start after i get there.

dont go to the dr. for another hour or so.  BUT omg, even though I am drinking hot coffee-My nose is running and my hands are frozen.  I can barely type.  and i am trying to write as well.  it is soooo hard.  I am friggin cold.  always cold.  i guess its a side effect of not eating many calories.  who knows.  but i hope to save $$ on the a/c bill this summer that is for sure!!!!

This is normal I have talked to alot of people and each and everone can't stay warm. I think it becouse we lose all the wt. that was keeping us warm

Well, then I think I need a GREAT BIG FURRY WARM FUZZY GERMAN SHEPARD TO KEEP ME WARM.  God I miss having a dog to lay next to you and cuddle close.  Wait, shouldnt my husband be doin that???? LOL!
