Good Morning everyone, I think I'm getting over this crud-ickies!! YAY!    Woke up this AM feeling "much" better..... First coffee was at 504am......with protein, and am at work now until 215pm.  Wasn't foggy out, matter of fact, it was kinda warm. So doesn't it mean when you see a "Robin Redbreast" somewhere that spring is right around the corner??? (officially it's Friday but....this IS Michigan?) Have a good day everyone. Taping for the show went great.  Will let you know when it's on and what channel (central mi and north of central mi).  Don't know that it will be available online.  We'll see. Toodles!!! Fill is going great and the pounds are moving again. Yaaaa Hoo It nice to be able to get a adj. I talk to alot of RNY people that said they wished they would have gone this way.  I change my Picture to the last drop of Coffee in a fresh cup. Hope you like that better !!!!

I"m about due to hit A2 and get me another adjustment.. just when I think i'm there I tighten up again and don't need it.. figure April will be a good month for a trip to A2. How can you have flowers up there already when we're supposed to be warmed down here.. none down here yet.. then again we don't see a lot of sunshine either..  i'll have to check for daffodils tonight..
