Thursday Morning cup of coffee

I agree.  I'm not a breakfast eater, at least not at 6 AM when I am on my way to work.  Nothing tastes good so early (unless it's a blueberry muffin or blueberry pancakes or the like...LOL).  So, lots of times, I'll eat 1/2 a ham sandwich for breakfast on my way to work. 

Morning everyone.................. first cup o joe was at 505am this morning with a dose of protein in it.....then off to work....just had number 2 (hazelnut) mmmmmm nom nom.  back to work this am....grey skies but 39 the expected high here. heatwave when it goes over 40......lol hope everyone has a great day!!!  stacey w

I slept in! It's grey outside, but I don't care....I have the day off!!  WooHoo! Two days ago I thought I would mix up my exercise routine.  So I went on to the TiVo and found something called "Big Day Bootcamp".  This insane little blonde girl leads you in a quick workout that is supposed to get you ready for your wedding.  I did it, thinkiing it was just what I needed because it was quick and to the point. Well, today, I can't stand up.  This hasn't happened to me in a long time!  I guess this time I'll blame it on age, and not weight.  I am going to try to recover and get back to walking today. Hope everyone has a great day and does one thing that they thought they couldn't do!

Good Morning Randy

So far its a bright sunny day a tad hazy over the big lake so I know the weather is lurking out there just waiting until later to dump on us here.  I keep hoping thier wrong about that but the old bones are saying we're gonna git it again. *sigh*

I'm sipping on my high octane coffee this morning trying to think of ways to make the house a little safer for crutches for the next 12 weeks. When you have a 17 month old running around it's like baby proofing only its YOU proofing lol.  Other then that I'm going over photos from last seasons races getting them ready for this years racing program which is going to print next week. Just a few more last minute details to take care of here before we're all set to race again this June. I just hope I'll be able to keep up with them at the start of season.

Oh man now ya've done it. I think if the weatherman says one more time SNOW is in the picture I'm going to hunt that man down and beat him with a club. I cant wait to toss the shoes off and wander barefoot in the beach sand again. I'll be spending most of my summer at Silver Lake again this year so I'll be staying at the family cottage alot this summer. Can't wait.
