FINALLY HAPPENED

Hey Gang,     I finally got off that mother of all plateau's (lost 3lbs)! It has been quite sometime since I have had any kind of signifigant loss. I have been sick with a very bad upper resp. infection; and no appetite. Hope it stays gone; don't usually count it until it has been gone at least 3 days. LOL Thanks to all for putting up with me. I am so glad that you broke that darn plateau...They can be something else can't they. Well you have come a long way and you are doing so good. Keep it up and I hope that you stay healthy....
