I felt the quake. I rolled over to yell at my husband that he was late because I thought he was shaking the bed. I was a little freaked out when he wasn't there.
I was happy to hear that it was the Earth moving my bed and not something else, lol.
I'm off to my new walking place at Hawk Island. It's just gorgeous!

I'm off to my plastics consult this morning. I'm a little bit scared and feeling kind of bad that I'm still not at goal. I'll update when I get back.
I've been forcing myself to eat something in the morning. I wonder if that 's such a good idea. I eat so much during the day that I don't think skipping breakfast until I'm actually hungry would hurt me. What do you think?
Good luck Brenda! Don't feel bad about your goal. You have done wonderfully. Think of how far you have come.
Have you tried liquid protein in the morning? I'm not really hungry either in the morning, but voracious by afternoon (head hunger). I drink a 200 calorie shake that holds me until lunch when I really am hungry.

Back at work after my plastics appointment. Boy was that fun! Having strangers lift my boobs and tummy-hang and talk about it.....iiiiicccckkkkk!
I really liked Dr. Alderman. I want her to do the surgery at U of M, but we've decided to wait until the fall or even maybe Christmas break. I am not ready to give up the hope of losing some more weight. She said since I just started going to the gym that now would be the worst time to have surgery because even a 10 lb. loss would make me sag again. So I'm going to give it some time and see if I can't lose a bit more. Then it's plastics city, baby! She seemed pretty certain that insurance approval for at least part of it wouldn't be a problem. Gotta love those rashes.

No shakin here either, I already at work, hoping the day will zoom by. I gotta work tomorrow too. I am enjoying the weather. Still trying to get out and walk somewhere. No drink yet this morning. I have a clear fruit cooling in the fridge. Breakfast is in about 10 minutes. Don't skip breakfast. If you feel hungry you are already starving yourself. Keep many small meals to keep metabolism up.
