I need help!

Be careful if you use Gatorade, it has 14g of sugar in one serving.  There is a new product called G2 that is low cal, but I'm not sure of the sugar content.

Here in Muskegon there is a bad stomach flu going around. My husband has been off work since Sat. Diarrhea is horrible. Our Dr. office said she has been flooded with this virus. Hope you feel better very soon, colleen

OMG!  I can't believe your husband has been sick for so long!  That is terrible.  I hope he is feeling better. I was able to eat a bowl of soup with a few crackers last night and keep it down.  This morning, I'm sipping on some Crystal Lite but my stomach is still painful and growly.  I'm trying to decide if I'm going to work since my boss (my step dad) is going on a field trip with my youngest daughter and no one is in the sign shop to run it.  I feel so weak, but haven't had any diarrhea in over 12 hours.  Jenn
