Morning all. I am enjoying the weather today. I love cool crisp mornings. I am drinking crystal light today. will get a beakfast sandwich later and have salad for lunch. I really played it close on food this weekend. I need to get a new kick start.  Enjoy and lets all pray for Tonya B. Surgery at 11:00 today.

I worked the weekend, but I ain't complaining....I got triple time for yesterday. I work every other weekend so it just fell on this holiday weekend. My husband worked all day on our house, so I didn't miss much. I have today and tomorrow off, and wouldn't you know it's over-cast and chilly . That's ok, the weather doesn't make the day. You all have a great, blessed day!

Morning All, Had a bit of separation anxiety with my 4 year old this morning.  I was off for 4 days, and we really enjoyed out time together.  Thankfully dad is home with him today, should make things better. Morning coffee done, water on my way to work, and now sipping some peppermint tea.  I decided to do the 5 day pouch test.  Hopefully it will bring some of my cravings and head hunger in line.  They have been really bad lately.   I hope it warms up a little today, I was planning on walking at lunch.  May be interior of the mall instead of exterior. Still morning here.. sooooooo Good Morning!.. back to work today.. Blech!.. coffee is all gone and now i'm onto water.. you're right Randy, it's cold and blowy this morning.. suns out now so maybe it will warm up some.. watched it drop 6 degree's in 10 mins this morning.. that wasn't nice was it..  enjoy your day everyone.. it's a 2 1/2 dayer for me then a trip to the UP..  let's keep some nice weather coming.. i'm not used to all that cold air up there..
