Monday Morning Coffee !!!

Morning Randy Started working on that Tan yesterday.  Got quite pick at the kite festival in Tawas yesterday.  Beautiful day on the bay.   Got to get my cofffee and get my boy rolling. Later Pam

Good morning, I did have a great weekend!! Paying for it now. Me and my boyfriend took our kids to the zoo Yesterday. I wore my pedometer and got 8484 steps. That was about half the zoo because I wore some new wedge sandals and my feet were killing me. They are still swollen and sore. It was a lot of fun though. My boyfriend had not been since he was a kid. The atmosphere was great. I think I'm going to buy the one year membership and go alot more. I do't think I ever see all of the animals. Today I am also starting a full liquid diet. I am drinking a HMR 70 shake. Don't really like it but the HMR 800 has too many calories I think. I see the dietician Monday so I will ask her, unless any of you pro's have some insite.

I don't know about the shakes, but I think if you buy the zoo pass you can use it for the Toledo Zoo and the Binder Park Zoo in Battle Creek (about 1 1/2 hours away).  It's worth it if you think you'll be going a lot!

Potter Park in Lansing and John Ball in Grand Rapids were also on the list I seen. Binder Park is great if you like giraffes.  They have a feeding station.  it is a walk up platform that gets you head level with the giraffes.    They sell Giraffe treats.  my 4 year old loved it, and still talks about it.   We do Potter Park in Lansing every year too.  Its a nice zoo too.  The Saginaw Childrens zoo was also on the list.  Its nice to visit if your in the area, not worth a special trip.  We are local, so we visit it three/four times a year.  My son loves the penquins.

I can see them just fine,  Regarding your shakes, we were at the store the other day and seen Nutrisystem stuff for like $1 and 2$.  It was at big lots.  I don't know about the nurtrional content though, someone else may,... just thought I would tell ya.   :)

I can't see Randy, or any smiley's, I also can't see the reply buttons, thank goodness I know where they are. I do see your pic, and Mine and the one just below Randy, I think its Pam. Forgive me if not, my memory is short, but it has a pic of a dog. I can see most of Randy's ticker. I see mine fine. Thanks for heads-up on shakes, I am really trying. Don't want nothing to stand in the way of my surgery. The whole site is moving terribly slow for me, but the rest of the site's I visited today are fine.

Going to check out a store today and go get some more wholesale stuff to sell on eBay.... Drinking water and thinking about buying some good sunscreen.   I am too moley to be in the sun.  (Holy Moley...   ) and I can't get burned and I certainly can't tan... but its all good...  Have a good day...

Good morning friends! I'm at work, drinking iced tea with sweet n low.  This week is going to be busy....tons of stuff going on here. I'm at my desk eating bing cherries and trying to restrain from spitting the pits at my boss. Hope everyone has a great day!
