I finally get to post Wed coffee!!

Morning all- just in bed sipping my coffee...enjoying my day off.  Hubby a nd I are going to see  Raiders of the Lost Ark today.  Pray for my boss as she is going in for some major surgery today.. Have a great day!! Shannon

G'morning Shannon and all Michiganders!  I'm at work drinking my coffee and trying to figure out which duty I have today that I don't want to do.  .. it's rainy here but muggy.. they keep saying 90 by Friday.. what happened to those 70 degree days to get us used to the heat.. ? anyway.. enjoy your day off Shannon.. and everyone else have a great day! the UP was fun.. too buggy and really cold but it was a nice trip! back to work..

Good morning Shannon, Hope you are enjoying your day off. I will keep your boss on my prayer list. I am at work, again. Off this weekend though. I have the sleep study Saturday night. Then to my doc on Monday and hopefully to the surgeon shortly thereafter. I am doing well though, losing slowly but surely - 13.5 pounds gone so far. stick to my low cal / high activity deal./ I never knew that walking was such a big exercise. It really works my entire body. I am looking forward to going today it weather permits. Did you know that there is a thing on the car that shorts out when it rains. A distributer cap. The car keep shutting off when we went through puddles yesterday. LOL I just thought I would share. We have an older car, probably doesn't happen on the newer models. Ok I'll shut up now.  

drinking water today, maybe some crystal light and cleaning the house my parents from saginaw/freeland area are coming to stay with us for a while! Whoo hoo!! 

We had the distributor cap thing happen more times than I can remember. It sucks! plain and simple. Go through the puddle, gets wet, shorts out and car stalls out. Sometimes it starts back up but most times you have to get it to dry... (our experience anyhow...)... ALL the way to the parts store... what a pain in the Butt!

Good Morning Everyone , I just finnished mowing the yard and weed eating it. thinking about lunch???? What did you have?

Today I had a hodgepodge for lunch because I forgot to pack this morning.  I had: 1/2 of a Kashi bar 1 chicken nugget 1 small sf yogurt with Kashi Go Lean mixed in 6 fruit loops 4 bing cherries That's everything I could scrounge up at work that I had leftover from other days.  Except the nugget.  That was donated to me by my secretary.

Afternoon all! I just got home from work...we didn't have internet all day today so I was forced to actually call people!  Ugh! Oh yeah...remember the yard work that I talked about last weekend?  Well our front and back yard are two HUGE mudpits.  No more grass, just dirt, then mud.  Also remember that we have a BIG new dog.  That needs to go outside.  A lot.  In the mud.  Then back in the house.  On the beige carpet.  Ugh again. Shannon, I hope your boss comes through without a hitch!  Enjoy your day off.  If you want to mud wrestle, come on by!
