Brenda- When we built our house we had no grass yet- we planted it with seeds and straw. Imagine 2 big azz dogs in the backyard a lot after rain, snow, thaw.....and we have beige carpet too...it sucked...after 5 yrs hard work we finally have a whole backyard full of grass finally except under deck. I saw a tshirt at kohls that had a cowbell on it and said "more cowbell" LOL I almost got it for you-it is at kohls like on a rack in the aisles.
