That's wonderful at least you don't have to pay someone to alter your clothes as you lose more weight!..  I can't sew period.. buttons run the other way when they see me coming with a needle in hand..

Happy Monday,  I think work is trying to turn me into a popsicle.  I am one of the few that enjoys the extreme heat, but they have the air on to the point I need my winter coat on! Shug, let me know if she sends you to Dr Krause!!

Well, I got the day off too, but unintentionally.  My oldest is sick so I had to call in.  I am not looking forward to the "disciplinary action" I have to face tomorrow.  Ick. I'm going to try to do some work from home and clean up a bit.  The new babysitter is supposed to start next week so I should get things ready.  I should have hired Randy to come and do all of this for me! I am drinking water and wondering what in the world I'm going to have for lunch today.  I got some double protein bread from Kroger so maybe I'll have a slice of that with some peanut butter and sf jelly. Have a great day!

Actually, it's not as great as it sounds.  I do eat an occasional pb & j or toast for breakfast, so I figured I would try the bread.  It has 6g of protein per slice.  Not enough to really do anything, but I figured I would give it a try.  It tasted pretty good.  If you are a carb-phobe you won't like it.
