If I eat bread for a sandwich, I have to eat that Pepperidge Farm VERY THIN bread.  I've never checked the protein content.  Hmmmm...who makes the double protein bread?

Hi Shannon, Sorry so late.  Lets see..... I did drink protein coffee this morning.  Then about 70 oz of water during the day.  I was able to get outside and walk on my lunch hour today. hope you all have a good night.

How do you do your protein coffee?  When I try it, it just all settles at the bottom like cement.  And I pre-mix it in warm water and then add to my coffee....so I was just curious how you did it.  T

For it not to set like cement you have to cool off the coffee- with ice or some half and half- then add it...if too hot will clump and dont microwave it- trust me..lol Shannon

I do all of that.  You know me.  I put ice in my coffee every time I drink it, even if I'm not putting protein powder in it.  But what I do is pour my coffee, and then top it off with water out of my water cooler.  Then I mixed the protein powder with water from the cooler and added that to my coffee.  It still settled and was like cement at the bottom of my cup.
