Tuesday morning..... I'm still sleepy...

Ya know something I've noticed since I've lost weight????
People smile and speak to me now......before they just kinda looked away......that's awful, I'm still the same warm caring person inside that I was before...

People are cruel, that's for sure.

To top all of it off today... Kevin and I went to Taco bell for his lunch, I had protein drink, so I was good, but since I have the debit/credit card I had to go in and order with him.  There was these 2 ladies in front of us and this guy is talking to his friend, and they are to our left.  And I see him say "look at the girl there", the friend he was with looked at the 2 ladies in front of us.  He said "no the fat one there."  then he nodded his head while looking directly at me.....  I told kevin that we should just go to the drive thru (though it was packed) and he agreed... get in the car and just start to bawl....  People like that just make me want to tell them "you are NO better than me".... I just left it alone, it was packed with kids, screaming kids at that... so that is my humiliating story of the day...  But I can sleep easy at night knowing that I do not critize people nor do I belittle them.....

Chris, sweetie, DO NOT let people like that bother you!   I know that it hurts to hear that kind of stuff even if the people that say it are total dirtbags.   What's frustrating about people like this is there is no good come-back.  No matter what you say or how bad you "burn" them, they still think they are superior.  I used to drive myself crazy trying to figure out a way to say something that would bother the person as much as they humiliated me.  It never worked.   The only thing that helps me get over someone being a total jerk wad is knowing that they probably have a crappy life and don't know what it's like to have good people around them.   Your family loves you and so do we.....so don't let one moron ruin your day!!

well Good morning everyone. I know it is evening but I've had no energy today and spent most of it sleeping. Surgery really kicks your butt. Christina, all I can say is that when people say the things that they do, you have to try to not let it ruin your day. They say the mean things trying to make you feel worse than they do. As long as you're 'bigger" than they are, you are a target for their negativity. It's easier to make someone else the brunt of a joke than to look at your own life and correct what doesn't make you happy. I was larger than you just 22 months ago and I always went around saying I didn't care what people thought. If they didn't like my looks, they didn't need to look at me.  When in truth, it killed me to hear their comments but I refused to let them see that they could hurt me. Remember I'm close by if you need a shoulder or an ear. Maryann P.S.  Taco Bell sounds wonderful right now.

I am all good now... it was just one of them days I guess.... Maybe its PMS, who knows anymore...   But I do know that if he was talking about me, at least he was leaving some one else alone....  I don't ever give anyone the satisfaction of knowing that they bothered me... but again, you would think that a grown man would have better morals and values than that....  Have  a good night sleep every one...  We bowled and I am TIRED! 4 games, it was a workout, I tell ya---but it was fun...
