Howdy! I'm back from the Cherryland.. what a great vacation and a beautiful place to visit. Hope you all have had a good week .  Enjoy your morning and your morning drinks.. it's off to work for me..

Well good morning to you :)  I am glad that you had a great vacation and that you are  back... Not doing much today, taking my hubby to see his new dr, he has another (this is 3 now) hernia, the other 2 were repaired, but this has to be hard on him... another surgery probably.... but we will make it :)  we always do.... They think the dr *****paired the last one messed up, so we will find out today hopefully...  I also went to see my therapist and he gave me a letter of compliance of therapy and all the stuff the psych dr needs to send to Dr. Carlin, woo hoo!!  More papers that are in my favor :) Gotta check out my new dr, I worked at curves yesterday and with my knee disorder I can't put ANY pressure on my knee now, so I will be going to PT probably, hopefully a water class.  Drinking Tropical punch crystal light today and water woo hoo!   Later taters, hope you all have a good day

Hi guys! I just got to work....had my yearly physical appointment today.  Man, that was FUN!  I got blood drawn, a pneumonia vaccine, and my "girly" exam.  What a great way to spend the morning!  But it was nice to go to the doc and not have her hassle me about my weight!  She tried to give me a copy of nutritional requirements for women.  I told her that I could probably teach her a thing or two about nutrition! So I'm back to work and dealing with a bunch of stuff.  But I get to hang out and watch baseball tonight so all is good.  And I promise, no fighting in the stands.
