Good Thursday Morning Michigan,

I am drinking raspberry ice crystal light, but I invision a s/f iced vanilla latte in my future.  What are you drinking???

we are going to saginaw/freeland today to see my parents, our family reunion is this weekend, but the bonus is that I get to see my great nephew again... he is such a doll :)  he's only 7 months old...

Scale moved down this morning by 1.5 something I haven't seen in a while. 

Today and tomorrow and then I am off for 5 days.  They can't go fast enough. 

Drinking my orange mango designer whey and then some peach mango green tea.

Good morning!  I'm 9 days post op and back to work today.  I'm a little nervous...I feel like I'm going to be watched (I work in surgery so keeping my surgery a secret was impossible).  I feel like everyone will be watching what/if I eat.  Oh well.  Maybe it's all in my imagination.  Maybe it will fade when the novelty wears off (for them).

Well it's three more days of camping this weekend.. looks like it well be a rainin all three days in mid Michigan, Drinking the old stand by and getting ready to pack for the trip.... Have a great day..

I've had my coffee for the day.  Drinking water and thinking about some food for breakfast.  Then I have to get up and clean my house because apparently I'm having a party tomorrow....LOL!

Today is a busy day for me, packing up the apartment for the move to a new apartment on the 19th, which will also be my "3 year surgiversary date!!!!" .

I just finished a cup of caramel truffle coffee with protein and ate a bowl of 'fiber one' and a banana...........now onto more work in the present residence:

..........I have just two rooms to complete and then my BFF will be here tomorrow to help me out this weekend and the movers come Saturday 830am and a moving we will go!  I'm excited!!!!

Won't have internet after Saturday am until Monday sometime..........Charter comes Monday at new crib to hook it all up.  (booooooooo- I dont want to wait! no tv, no internet no phone- look out Gilligan's Island here I come!)

It was nasty here last night, rain, deluge, thunder and lightning and everything frightening, thought for sure we'd have a tornado it was Sooooooooo windy!
