Convergys United Healthcare

Soooo...  my daughter spilled water on my computer and i am sitting here cutting and pasting the letters since most of the keys dont work now lol. 

I just started with Convergys and will be covered by United Healthcare. Does anyone know what the reuirements are or if there are exclusions for wls? Thanks

Thanks but I know.  I am speaking of Convergys United Healthcare plan only.   The benefts, and payroll  are outsoured and Hr does not handle them.  They direct you to that company which has 8 to 5 weekday hrs  (same as mine) and the site is down.
