My email is freaking out and won't let me send out so I'm writing to you here

Where does your brother live?  The Binder Park zoo in Battle Creek is supposed to have a really cool giraffe area where you can feed them.  I'm not sure how the boys will do on the ride out there, though.

Really?  I didn't know that about Binder Park Zoo.  They are a little closer to Battle Creek.  Travel isn't really a problem.  The boys travel INCREDIBLY well.  I was hoping they would all come here, spend the night and then head to the zoo in the AM.  But we shall see.  One thing at a time.  Gotta get this trip to TN outta the way and make sure all is well down there.  So, when I get back, we'll be planning a zoo trip.

Hi,
My family gets an annual pass to the Detroit Zoo each year from Christmas from my inlaws.  Nevertheless, we go a lot.  It's fun, nice walk and my boys love it.

Check myfoxdetroit  they have many coupons or promotions running.

The giraffe experience is cool.  However, to be honest sometimes, it's kinda hard to feed them.  They just don't "want anymore".  If you know what I mean.  Also the feeding times are restricted to certain hours.

If you haven't been to the The Toledo Zoo.  IT ROCKS!  Just a little further south but well worth it.  They offer a lot more to see and the envirnoment is awesome.  So if you get a chance check it out.  My kids love it there also.  The actual exhibits bring you closer to the animals and they are always active.

If you have an annual pass, certain zoos do offer a discount when you present your annual membership.

Have fun and good luck!

Oh and this saturday at the Detroit Zoo is another festival I believe 10-3 Latin I think.  I plan on taking the boys to enjoy the music and such!

Take care!
Blessings,
Jennifer
