Olive oil, anyone?

I haven't been to my first follow up appt yet but I am curious now. How do "WE" generally react to olive oil? I think I'll be ok without butter but I realllllly like olive oil.

I cook in either olive oil or canola oil and I do pretty good. Sometimes I have cooked with butter and I have done okay.... I think it depends on how every individual handles things..

I only cook in Olive Oil.  I generally don't have any problems with foods, so I handle the Olive Oil really well.  I only use butter when I cook eggs.  Hmmmm....butter doesn't bother me either.  I think you'll do ok with Olive Oil.
