OT: teenagers-UPDATE

Ya know when you get so mad you can't sleep, eat or think of anything else? 

Well, we just found out my 14 yr old stepdaughter was "with" this 18 yr old she is FORBIDDEN to be with, (not sure how far they went though yet)  he already got one girl pregnant last year....   It makes me wonder what the hell is she thinking?

She says all the boys her age only want sex, well DUH! so does he.... 

So the police tomorrow and his parents--this should be fun

Good luck , I will be thinking of you... Boy I glad my kids are old and out of the house... This well happen to you someday so keep that in mind.

Oh my Lord Christina.....how frustrating!  I thought I was having a crisis because I heard my just-turned-14 year old son saying "Love you too" at the end of his phone calls to his girlfriend!
I am so not ready for all of this yet! 
Why can't we just lock them up at home until they are 18?  Although, now that I think about it, I'm  having vague memories of me at 15 trying to sneak my boyfriend out of the downstairs bathroom window and getting caught.  LOL  I guess what my mom says is right....what you do as a teenager is going to come back and bite you in the behind when you have your own kids!!

They start younger and younger.

I walked into school today with my 5 year old for kindergarden.  Here are two of his class mates staing in the hall holding hands and then they kissed.  I started to wonder if it was too late to get my son enrolled in the catholic school.

Teenagers are so challenging.
My 15 year old daughter has her first "date" planned for today. It seems wholesome-just going for ice cream. But,who knows???

Ughh,,,my thoughts and prayers are with you!  I am soooooooo glad I'm done raising teens!  You might want to seriously consider birth control!

We put her on the pill about 6 months ago because of this type of behavior.... To bad her mom don't see it that way, so we keep her in the dark....

Being in a Catholic School is no different.I worked at one for almost 20 years.I saw the same things going on in that school that goes on in a public school.One episode was in the lunch room,two 1st graders were under the table, the little girl with her pants down.The teachers were  at a  table on the other side and didn't have a clue what was going on!! The kitchen help saw it and put a top to it,It happens at every school even Catholic ones!! 

Well, we confronted her and then made her tell the boy its over.  She thinks that he really loves her...  He already got one girl pregnant and she had an abortion.  She was only 15.  Its so hard for her because he is the first REAL boyfriend she had.  She got caught with him early this year and they were sneaking around so she promised she would never see him again, well they been dating a month.  We called the police to get the specs on the whole thing, 16 is the age of consent and even if SHE starts it he can go to jail.  I talked to her and we are super close and I can read her well, nothing happened beyond kissing, HOWEVER SHE wanted more and was hoping he would make the move, but he didn't.  We talked to the principal at school so they are aware that he is after a 14 year old girl and he don't go there anymore, he flunked out. No job, no school--nothing.  So, if he goes to the school he WILL be arrested for trespassing, no questions.  So we took stef to see him and his mom. She had no clue that her son was dating a 14 year old child.  She was P.Oed, and for good reason.   I told them both that "your mother does not want to get a call that you been arrested and need bail money for being with a minor."
It was a mess, but it ws worth it... We talked to Kim -Stefaney's mom- and Stefaney will be with us for 2 weeks to get her away from the house and the whole situation.  We will take her back and forth to school, for fear he will try to get her or she will run away....

But she will be fine and hopefully feel better tomorrow...
