Need tread mill advice please.....
besides to actually use it for exercise and not a clothes rack.....
I am looking for one. I want a good one. But I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount on it. I'm not a tiny little girl, 5'9" so I need something that can handle all this woman!!! LOL!!!
I want to power walk on it. Maybe even get back to interval training - running, walking. If my back can handle it.
Thanks in advance for any input.
Carey

I'm sure you will get your money worth out of it.. How did your mt.pleasant trip go?
When buying a treadmill,
look for a 20 X 55 platform. No less than that.
At least 2 hp motor.
At least a 3 year warranty.
I bought my Nordic Track at Sears about 2 years ago. Have kicked the snot out of it and have not had a single problem. well worth the investment. I think I paid around $1200.

Hey Dawn!
How are you? Long time no see. Well, that is exactly what I got. I went to a fitness place in Birmingham and they sell gym grade equipment. It is actually being picked up and delivered to my place now. It was $1299.00 and after the sale and discount I got - the total was $900.00. I just need to remember to start out slow so I don't trigger my back spasms. I used to be the tread mill queen at my gym. Too hard to workout on someone else's schedule. Need to do it when it's convenient for me.
