tummy tuck time
I didn't have it done by him but friends of mine did and they have been happy.
A couple of hints.
Don't chase the pain. Take your dope on a schedule. Get the pain ball if you can. It was nice for me.
When you take your dope take a stool softener at the same time.
Keep your drains clean and keep track of the output.
Take the time you need to heal. No lifting. My boy Jon talked my wife into getting me a recliner. It was the best thing I could have to heal.
Water and protein help you heal.
It was the most painful thing I have ever done. It was worth it.
Positive vibes for you.

"Go sell crazy somewhere else; we're all stocked up here."
Hi Kev,
I am 1 yr. plus 1 week post TT/BR. Now that I have totally healed and all of the stitches have managed to surface instead of dissolve, overall I am very happy with the results. My surgery was done here in DE by Dr, Danyo. I had so many issues for months afterward that I almost regretted having it done. The scarring from abscessed incisions is greater than usual but still hidden. I don't have a belly button, the creepiest looking thing. LOL. Having 17 yr. old looking bubbies on this almost 50 yr. old body is pretty nice.
I agree with the pain ball thing..it really helped me get through that first week. I also bought a smaller binder to wear for support when I was walking around, but ended up wearing it almost all of the time. Some of the abdominal skin was stretched so tight it felt like it would tear if I moved. I did have a tearing sensation as the stupid sutures inside tore through the muscle walls; kind of like if you lace up a corset and the laces rip through....that is what happened to me but the structures were all healed and stayed in place. Only problem now is that I am about 2 sizes smaller at the hips than at the waist. Maybe an upper abdominoplasty? NO WAY...no more stitches for me. I'll happily wear a size 10 jeans on my hips. LOL.

I have heard both good and bad. Make sure you see the before and after pictures, and that he specializes in bariatric patients. A couple of the girls I have seen & talked to that were bariatric weight loss patients that went to him were not that happy. Do your research, there are other reconstructive Dr.'s:)
Hi, Dr Sayag did my TT BL and Panni in august. I am very happy with him he has done beautiful work and he is very honest with you, he is board certified and he does alot of bariatric ppl. I originally chose a Dr (not mentioning any names) that was highly recommended on this board, I had 2 surgerys cancelled by him, I hear that this is common with him. It is very hard to sike yourself up for this surgery and to be postponed not once but twice. Dr Sayag has free consults ,its worth just talking with him.
