It has 13g of sugar and that comes from the evaporated cane juice and brown rice syrup. I don't really dump easily, so you will have to be careful and try a little bit to see how it effects you. I mix a little bit in with my yogurt to give it some crunch.
I've eaten this one too. It has no sugar, so I add some Splenda to it. Found it at Kroger.

I find it difficult to eat cereal for breakfast. I don't know why. So, usually when I eat it, it's for a snack or something. The Kashi Go Lean Crunch, I eat dry. Putting it yogurt woud be good, too.

I don't do alot of cereal either. I use Cheerios when I am nauseated. I usually start my day with protien coffee and about 10ish have either weight control oatmeal or 1/2 of a whole grain bagel with cream cheese. I find that if I don't start off on a good foot with protien for the day, I don't hit my goals.
Sorry not much help.

We write our own destiny. We become what we do.
Thanks though, and I do use the weight control oatmeal, but can only eat a 1/2 packet, I get so full from that... but cold cereal is what I am longing for....

Just click on cereal to the left or at the top. I also like the pretzels.
I don't usually buy it from this company, as I have found it to be less expensive via the ProteinShop.com, and always shop around for the best prices.

Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.
