Has anyone had VSG by Dr. Pop at Barix?

If so how are you doing? I see in his profile that he does this type of surgery. I have an appt with him in Jan so just looking for a review.

Highest weight- 262lbs
Lap band- Aug 2006 - 254lbs.
Lowest w/band 214lbs. .
Gained up to 271 due to the band
Got DS revision April 2010!! Current 145lbs
At 5'8 my goal was 160lbs but I surpassed that with the DS!!!!!!

Well I had RNY. And I found out a couple years ago that Dr. Pop assisted in my surgery. He also took care of me when I had my bowel obstruction in 6/07. He is a wonderful doctor!! I would recommend him to anyone.
