Thursday Morning Coffee !!!

I love Shannon's goal as well!!!  LOL  Didn't have time to make my coffee/protein drink this a.m. so I am finishing some hot tea. 

I am so ready for winter to be over.  Sick of driving in snow and ice.

I plan on concentrating on myself again.  Taking care of myself and balancing my life.

Your group was talking about me or Dr. DiNick?  I'm sure it was the doc....lol.  I thought you attended the Alma group for Dr. Cudjoe?  Big Rapids is another group?  I'd love to set something up soon if that is the case.  I am already booked for Jan, Feb & March.  Working on April right now.  Let me know.

Have changed groups due to the gas prices in the past. I'll let Vicky Jo set up the date .She is the leader. We should have a good turn out if everyone comes that say they will

I am sipping away on my ice water. My stomach is a little queasy today...I am hoping it is just my stomach and not an actual stomach flu...

One of my goals - outside of getting to my goal weight, would be to walk in the Susan G. Komen walk in September.

If you keep it fresh in your mind you will be walking  then .....  Good Luck

Lunch today was gyro meat w/ tom slices and 2 oreo's.

My goals are to continue to loose, be more consistent with my exercises and get my hubby and I through our surgeries without complications.

My hubby's surgery is going to by RNY, (mine was Nov 07).  My surgery is going to breast reconstruction.  I had breast cancer 4.5 years ago and had bilateral mastectomies at that time.  So I'm going to get some girls back on me!
