Anyway....my days vary so much....here's today tho: Breakfast: 1 cup coffee (ff cream and 1 splenda) 1 power crunch protein bar 4 tablespoons of my flax seed granola (flax z meal) Lunch: 1/3 of a 6" sub from Subway- grilled chicken, marinara sauce, onions, spinach and mozarella cheese toasted on whole wheat bread 8 ounces caffiene free ice tea with lemon Dinner: (later on- I work nights so dinner is about 9pm for me) 3 ounces meatloaf (home made by me) 1/2 cup canned low sodium peas and lo fat margarine 1/4 cup mashed potatoes snack: 1 power crunch protein bar 8 ounces iced tea with lemon Things change with me so the dinner and snack haven't happened yet..but that's what I anticipate. I'm with Stacy - no appetite!!!! This is what I've had today B - oatmeal S - protein drink L - soup & salad and banana bread (funny I can't tollerate bananas any more but I crave banana bread) S - whole grain toast with peanut butter on it D - ????? not a clue Laurie Don't you just love those SB breakfast bars. I get the ones with 10 grams of protein, but I have to really limit myself with them. I could easily eat two or three a day.

I don't think there's any law anywhere that says you can't have fish for breakfast. Matter of fact, I recently had flounder for breakfast instead of my protein bar, which, they both have the same protein content per piece. And I was hungry for something hot...so I guess it really doesn't mean you're pregnant.... I know I can't be.....impossible! Stacey W 310/162/July 19, 2006 Now wearing size 12

Thanks for answering everyone!!! BTW, for dinner I had that recipe that someone posted the other day...the ground round-cooked, add can of veg. pork and beans & some light velvetta melted in, with onions, salt/pepper. My husband LOVED it and so did I, and it was pure protein!! I had about 3/4 cup and wow, I stayed satiated all night...really stuck with me! Hopefully I don't clear the office tomorrow with gas!!! So far, so good! Thanks whoever it was that posted it!!! Yummy! Theresa
