Hi Dawn, I went through a similar phase early on. I actually had a stricture to develop at 4 weeks which got progressively worse until I couldn't even keep down liquids. I became dehydrated and required IV fluids, twice. In this hot weather, we need lots more fluids than the average person. Even if you can't eat much, get as much water, or better yet, protein shakes in as you can. I found that constant sipping was the only way I managed to stay hydrated because I would be nauseated if I drank more than a few sips of anything. Best wishes, Elesha

5-8am coffee 9:00 1 cup chicken salad 1:00 small Green salad with a dab of chicken salad on top/ff ranch dressing, 1 oatmeal cookie 7:00 Lima beans with rice 3:00am 1 slice SF chocolate pie Took all my vitamins, drank plenty of fluids Took a 1 hour kickboxing class with Christine and my son. I loved it! I need practice but I loved it...jab, jab, cross, hook, upper cut, front kick, side kick, back kick, roundhouse...now in tempo LOL Need to confess that I weighed in at 175lbs, about 5lbs above what I thought was my ceiling weight. I'd like to get to 150-160 with muscle. Below 150 I think I look gaunt. Elesha

I love the kickboxing workouts. I do Taebo advance a few times per week, and I love it. I am going to buy Billy Blanks newest ones so I can vary them up some. My little three yr old jumps in and tries to do it too. Last week my son and his best friend got in there with me. We used to have a group that came to my house and did taebo. My mom, my sister, myself, and a friend from work used to do it 2 nights per week at my house. It was fun with other people. Now I just do the workout by myself. Good luck on your quest to lose back down. It is hard but you can do it. You look good to me, but you know when you feel your best and what weight that is so I wish you luck. The exercising should help you a lot with that. I live in Petal and go to the Petal Y. It would be great if you, me and Christine could all workout together. I am jealous ya'll have a workout buddy LOL. I am trying to get my sister back into going so she can go with me. She had a baby 3-1/2 months ago and just hasn't gotten back into the exercising thing yet. But maybe she will and be my gym buddy. Melissa

It would be more fun if will could all workout together. It's a shame the Y's aren't interchangeable without paying more per month since they are so close. I have noticed I'm "squishier" with these extra 10lbs so i really need to get back to my comfort range of 165-170lbs but I might as well set my goal lower so I have something to shoot for. Elesha.. you don't look 175... Where did you weigh? If you weighed on those scales I saw in the room I dont think it would be too accurate. You had your clothes on and those heavy shoes. I would like to lose 10-15 more pounds as well. I am glad you posted the jab, jab, cross, hook, upper cut, front kick, side kick, back kick, roundhouse...now in tempo cause I am gonna practice. I think the more we go the better we will get. We will give her a run for her money! Your food looks really good for 6/30...I had an awful day today. I wanna hear some FLAMING going on.
